The Ohio State Buckeyes had no answer for Payton Cormier, who scored a career-high seven goals on 12 shots as the University of Virginia Cavaliers men’s lacrosse team improved their record to 3-0 Saturday night in the finale of the 2023 Southwest Florida Shootout. The Yale Bulldogs men’s lacrosse team defeated the Villanova Wildcats 18-12 on February 15 at Villanova Stadium. Thomas Bragg, Lucas Cotler and Matt Gaudet led Yale with four goals each. On February 18, the Villanova Wildcats defeated the Maryland Terrapins 13-12 at Villanova Stadium.
