Outlaws Take on Machine in Fireworks Game

Tonight the Denver Outlaws will play in their much anticipated Fireworks game when they take on the Ohio Machine tonight on CBS Sports Network.

The Outlaws could use a win, it would boost them into third place by themselves ahead of the Boston Cannons. Meanwhile, the Machine are looking for just their second win of the season and to tie the Charlotte Hounds for seventh place.

Denver will need performances from their guns in Brendan Mundorf, Jeremy Sieverts and Terry Kimener, but they might also be looking to their younger kids like Jordan McBride.

In net, Jesse Schwartzman could use a shut down game. He hasn’t had the best year but is still one of the best goalies in lacrosse.

For the Machine, they still need to find the right formula. Do they rely on their veterans like Greg Bice and Kyle Hartzell? It is hard to know what to expect from the expansion team.

Gametime is at 9pm and the game will also be on the CBS Sports Network. Stay tuned for a recap tomorrow morning of the game, and follow along on Twitter @LacrosseWeTrust all night for game updates. Happy 4th of July!
