There is one name that has gone largely unnoticed, but might be a dark horse. That man is Dylan Goddard.

Goddard plays Jr B lacrosse with Clarington. He is currently ranked as the 10th overall prospect on InLax Prospects, having risen from the 13th overall at the start. He had 120 points this season and 54 more in the playoffs alone.

Goddard began his lacrosse career in 201o with Clarington where he scored 70 points. He scored 84 the next season and then eclipsed the 120 mark in 2012 with 123 points.

The 5’10 left handed forward has 326 career points and 108 of them are goals. This past season Goddard became the Clarington Green Gaels all time assists leader and he is a two time OLA Jr B MVP and scoring leader.

This past season Goddard was second in Jr B in scoring, just ten points behind Ian Martin of Six Nations. Goddard might not be a top five pick this season, but he is someone that an NLL team won’t regret drafting.
