Spruce Grove Upset by St. Catharines; President’s Cup Medal Games Tomorrow

It’s the last day of the President’s Cup before the Championship games yesterday, and it was all set up from an upset yesterday. The St. Catharine’s Saints of Ontario defeated the Spruce Grove Slash, 10-9 in overtime.

Today the 0-4 Kahnawake Mohawks face the 4-1 Saints. Spruce Grove, now at 4-1, face the St, Regis Braves who are 5-0 in tournament play. Lastly, the Mohawks will once again play, this time against the Onondaga Redhawks who are 1-4 in the tournament.

Tomorrow the match for third and fourth place will be early in the morning, and likely the game the Mohawks will be in if they can defeat the Redhawks tonight and defeat the Saints as well.

The game for first place will more than likely have the Braves involved, probably against either the Slash or the Saints. Here is the schedule for tomorrow, from ILIndoor.com.

Sunday schedule

RMLL Senior C All-Star Game, 12:30 p.m.
