Suspended NLL Players Appeal

Three players were suspended in the National Lacrosse League earlier today; Glen Bryan (Buffalo Bandits), Tim Henderson (Washington Stealth) and Chet Koneczny (Colorado Mammoth). All three have appealed and will be able to play this weekend. Bryan was suspended for cross checking the head of Minnesota’s Andrew Watt last Saturday night. Koneczny was suspended for a match penalty that was assessed by the league after the Colorado loss to Washington….

Knighthawks Sign Angus Goodleaf

The Rochester Knighthawks announced tonight that they have signed goalie Angus Goodleaf to a one-year deal, pending league approval. In a related move, the Knighthawks released goalie Jake Henhawk. “It feels good. I have been waiting for this for a month,” said Goodleaf. MLL Announces Atlanta Game
