The Toronto Rock have re-signed defender Rob Marshall to a one-year contract General Manager Terry Sanderson announced on Thursday. Buffalo Bandits veterans Mike Thompson and Darryl Gibson today announced their retirement from the National Lacrosse League. Thompson joined the Bandits in 2007, going 5-4 in his first full NLL season after appearing in eight games with the Ottawa Rebel in 2001. The Toronto Rock have re-signed defender Jesse Gamble to a one-year contract pending league approval.  Gamble was the Rock’s top pick in the 2011 NLL Entry Draft after being selected in the 2nd round, 17th overall.
