Things To Watch

Big Red Attack – Pannell had seven points against the Terps while Mock tallied four goals of his own. These two are a deadly combination together and will keep any defense up at night.

Schuss – Hard worker. Will take on any defense thrown at him.

Midfields – Each team has a midfield that can and probably will score. Transition will play a big factor into this game.

Goalies – Fiore and Dutton are good goalies. AJ lost his position last year, but has made a statement coming into the NCAA’s. Dutton will be a pest to the Big Red offense and will make them work for their goals.

Overlook

Fourth meeting between these two teams – Buckeyes 2-1 overall vs Big Red – Last Meeting: 15-7 OSU win in 2008 NCAA First Round.

Both teams tallied 16 goals in their NCAA First round contests and stand at 13-3 on the season.

Winner advances to NCAA Semifinals to play winner of Duke vs Notre Dame in Philadelphia.
