Toronto and Washington have clinched while Edmonton lost, Philly and Buffalo continued to struggle. However, today we look at the three best players of the week, and none from those teams.
Callum Crawford, Minnesota Swarm
Crawford has been the MVP of the Swarm all season long and they got a scare last game when his knee seemed to give out. But luckily, he scored six goals and twelve assists in his two games this weekend. He has 44 points in his last five games as he has led the Swarm without Andrew Suitor.
Tye Belanger, Colorado Mammoth
Who would have thought a Mammoth goalie would emerge as a star? Tye Belanger helped the Mammoth win in Edmonton making 48 saves and giving up just seven goals to a team that had won five in a row. He also put up a save percentage of .873%
Shayne Jackson, Minnesota Swarm
Jackson has gone under the radar because of the insane season from Mark Matthews, but this week Jackson put up five goals and five assists. He has more points than any rookie not named Matthews and has been a quiet, young leader with the Swarm.
