The New York Lizards beat the Chesapeake Bayhawks 14-10 despite a late game surge by Chesapeake on Saturday night at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Colin Heacock scored a hat trick while Lyle Thompson added two for the Bayhawks. The PLL’s Chrome LC finally found itself with a win and it came at the expense of Chaos on Sunday 19-11. It was Chrome’s first victory of the season – and they now claim the most goals in a single game in the PLL’s short history. The Atlanta Blaze soundly defeated the Chesapeake Bayhawks to end their undefeated streak and spoil the Bayhawks’ home opener on Saturday with a 19-10 win. Tom Schreiber is seemingly as unstoppable in the Premier Lacrosse League as he was in Major League Lacrosse and as he is in the National Lacrosse League.
