Rob Marshall Re-Signs With Rock

The Toronto Rock have re-signed defender Rob Marshall to a one-year contract General Manager Terry Sanderson announced on Thursday. Mike Thomspon and Darryl Gibson Officially Retire

Buffalo Bandits veterans Mike Thompson and Darryl Gibson today announced their retirement from the National Lacrosse League. Thompson joined the Bandits in 2007, going 5-4 in his first full NLL season after appearing in eight games with the Ottawa Rebel in 2001. Casey Powell Retires from Major League Lacrosse

According to Inside Lacrosse, Casey Powell has retired from Major League Lacrosse. Powell played in just three games for the Hamilton Nationals in 2012. He retires the all time leader in MLL points at 407. Powell returned to MLL last season with the Nationals and nearly led them to the 2011 Championship, almost single handily defeating the Boston Cannons before he broke his knee cap in the final seconds of the game….
