Stickhorses Announce Home Schedule

The Kentucky Stickhorses Indoor Professional Lacrosse team will play their second season at historic Freedom Hall. Team owner Tony Chase stated “Freedom Hall is a fantastic venue for the Stickhorses as it allows us to showcase the professional athletes, fast paced lacrosse action and the in-game entertainment in an exciting venue that our fans are familiar with and enjoy.”

The Kentucky Stickhorses are the first professional lacrosse team in Kentucky and feature talent from the Louisville area as well as players from across the country.

Head Coach Pete Schroeder will continue to lead the Stickhorses in their second season. Also returning are Matt Campbell as Offensive Coordinator and Sean Murphy as Defensive Coordinator. The team finished their inaugural season 5-1 and is excited to have many key players on the roster again for year 2.

The team will play six home games at Freedom Hall this season and will host the play-offs for the NALL (North American Lacrosse League).

The team will compete in North American Lacrosse League (NALL), which showcases the best of professional indoor lacrosse. The league’s primary focus is to provide professional opportunities in indoor lacrosse to the American Athletes. This is the second season for the NALL. The league is comprised of the Kentucky Stickhorses, the Boston Rockhoppers, and the Lehigh Valley Flying Dutchmen. The league has recently added the Rhode Island Kingfish and the Baltimore Bombers.
