The Tewaaraton Foundation has announced Cornell University attackman Rob Pannell and University of Maryland midfielder Katie Schwarzmann as the 2013 Tewaaraton Award winners, presented Thursday at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C.
